Some highlights:

We are putting vaccines in arms of our residents as soon as doses arrive in Ottawa

We are in Phase 1 of the Vaccination rollout

Older adults aged 80+ have been moved up into Phase 1 of Provincial Vaccine Distribution framework

9,360 doses arrived this week, and 9,360 doses arriving next week

When vaccine supply is increased, up to 7 community clinics will open for vaccinations, including Orléans at Ruddy Family YMCA-YWCA at 265 Centrum Blvd.

The City of Ottawa and Ottawa Public Health are developing a robust communication strategy for reaching adults aged 80+ to advise them on when and where they will be able to get vaccinated.
